Direct replacement, same part as original that came w/ the GPS. Please note tho, be careful when you pull the suction cup off the windshield on a hot day, you may end up stripping the rubber suction portion off the plastic. Instead, learn from me and use the provided tab to peel it off and not pull like me. This purchase was my replacement for this mistake. Works great, just don't pull on the thing, use the peel tab.

I was looking for a suction cup to replace mine, which I broke rushing out one night, while using more power than brain.
Though it's written Garmin OEM, I doubt this is an original Garmin part, but it's exactly the same. It's build of decent plastic, fits perfectly in my stand and it's suction cup is as powerful as the original.
PS: I use it for my Garmin Zumo 550, asked forehand the Garmin support if this suction cup (I used part number 001-10747-00 as a reference, this item is basically 001-10747-00).

After purchasing the Garmin Nuvi GPS mount, I must say that I am 100% happy with it. Not only was it shipped quickly, it also guaranteed a 30 day warranty! When I tested it on my car windshield, it was securely fastened. Unlike my old mount, this one can move from place to place with ease.
In conclusion, all I have to say is that I LOVE THIS PRODUCT! It's just wonderful.
Perfect OEM Replacement February 8, 2010

I have a Garmin Nuvi 205 and the suction cup rubber separated from the mount and it would no longer suction itself to stuff. This product is a perfect replacement and works flawlessly. It was also much cheaper than a replacement from Garmin.
